Corinne Chalmers uses evidence-based training and coaching to help leaders improve their ability to influence others towards a common goal. She uses techniques that ensure training transfer so that soft skills training translates into observable long-term behavior on the job.

Corinne is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and holds a Master of Science in Leadership Coaching Psychology with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She is also certified by DDI and for most commercially available psychological assessments.

Corinne has over 20 years of leadership experience in multiple functions across small, medium, and large-size corporations. She has led departments and initiatives in information technology, business development, product development, customer accounting, and human resources in various industries including oil and gas, finance, construction, and manufacturing.

The latter half of Corinne’s corporate career was devoted to leading the learning and HR functions for up to 1,700 employees requiring the development and deployment of leadership training programs, culture change initiatives, career development programs, executive succession planning and talent reviews, and executive coaching.

As owner of Deliberate Changes LLC, Corinne helps individuals develop their own thoughts, feelings, and communication in order to think like leaders, act like leaders, and talk like leaders. Corinne is also an adjunct instructor in leadership and communication skills at the University of Texas School of Public Health
